Will this event cancel?
NO! We have worked with the hotel to ensure that we have several contingency plans. We WILL host this event LIVE and IN-PERSON. We have a plan to ensure safety and have set protocols in place to ensure that we are as safe as possible throughout our entire conference.
Do I have to pay for parking?
Self parking at the hotel is generally $35 per night. We have negotiated a convention rate of $20 per night which is a 43% discount.
Can I stay in another hotel in the area?
We have worked with the hotel to negotiate an incredible rate for our conference attendees, that's you! You may choose to not stay, but hotels in the area are charging higher rates than our negotiated deal, and who really wants to have to drive anyway!
Is there reserved or VIP Seating?
The only reserved section will be designated tables of 6 for our girls weekend package. All other seating is at tables that seat 7 in the main session room! We will not offer a VIP seating upgrade this year.
How do I choose my break out sessions?
All of the breakout sessions will be listed on the website by February 1st. On February 12th we will send an email asking you to tell us which sessions you may attend. This helps us place specific breakouts in the room size needed! Don't fret, you can change your mind as all rooms will have extra space!
What is The Market?
The Market is our unique exhibit area. We combine sponsors, speakers and services companies with a cash and carry vendors that sell the items you need! Bring your spending money and leave with unique items for yourself and the family.

What meals are included?
You will be responsible for your meals on Friday. On Saturday we will provide breakfast, lunch(a plated meal, not boxed!) and an afternoon snack that is sure to delight! We will give you plenty of time for dinner on your own Saturday! There are 6 dining options on property!
